I was born in England, to English parents.When I was two years old my dad got a new job in Poland.Since then I have lived in four other countries around the world.Although I have a British passport，I sometimes don't feel very English at all!
One of the best things about moving around a lot when I was younger experiencing many diverse cultures and countries.I was able to try different foods, learn different languages, experience different traditions and meet people from different backgrounds.I am also lucky to have friends all over the world that I keep in regular contact with.

The National Union of Students (NUS) welcomes the news that greater numbers of black and disabled students are studying at UK universities, but there is still a lot of work to be done on widening access, writes the union's president, Gemma Tumelty.
A recent Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) equalities review showed that significant numbers of potential students felt their disability was （1）to accessing higher education (HE). This is simply unacceptable.

School buildings themselves can show liberal (开明的) or conservative views about what should go on in a classroom. The earliest schools had separate classrooms for different grades. The rooms were laid out formally, with pupils’desks fastened to the floor in straight rows facing the teacher’s desk. Clearly, such schools reflected a teacher-and-subject-centered view of education. The majority of people in this country eat too much fat and not enough fibre (纤维) and for most people having a healthy diet is simple and easy to do. The move towards a healthy diet may just mean eating more fruit, vegetables, bread and potatoes.

4. Meat, fish and poultry (家禽)
Eating fish 1-2 times a week is good for you. All types of meats are included in the category and red meat is excellent source of iron and vitamin B12. Nuts, peas and beans are also in this food group.
5. Foods containing fats and sugars.
This last group contains butter, cream, ice cream, cooking oil, cakes, biscuits, chocolate, sugary drinks, sweets and crisps. All of these foods tend to be high in fat and calories.Try not to eat these foods too often and when you do, only have them in small amounts.
